Good Ambler, a Chicago café from Mondelez International, the company behind such well-known brands as Oreo, Cadbury and Chips Ahoy!, is set to bring themed treats to customers for the upcoming Valentine’s Day.
Pastry chef Kevin McCormick, who leads the culinary team at Good Ambler, has introduced a variety of chocolates, custom cakes and seasonal individual cakes available at the shop or via pre-order on Tock in the next week.
Among this year’s specials (seasonal flavors may change slightly):
- Bonbons – Available in various sized sets with fruity, nutty, boozy and spiced flavors
- Raspberry Chocolate Petit Gateau – Devil’s food cake with raspberry and red wine compote, raspberry mousse, chocolate-anise crunch and rich chocolate cream
- Chocolate Torte – Flourless chocolate cake, milk chocolate cremeux, dark chocolate mousse, chocolate glacage
