Sarah Beddoe launched bakery brand Love, Liv’s Bakeshop inspired by her daughter Olivia who has type 1 diabetes.

After Olivia was diagnosed at the age of three in 2019, Beddoe began experimenting with baking sugar-free treats that her daughter could safely snack on without the drastic ups and downs in her blood sugar that other baked goods caused.

After finding success with her recipes, Beddoe looked for a way to share the tasty sugar-free and gluten-free cookies with other people who have those dietary restrictions. This led her to begin Love, Liv’s Bakeshop.

Beddoe is working on adding more flavors to her cookie lineup, all made with oat flour and organic stevia extract. The current offerings are Chocolate Chip, Snickerdoodle, Sugar (Liv’s Fav) and Peanut Butter Magic.
