Love & Cookies recently announced that customers can now enjoy its gourmet cookies at home anytime they want. The bakery’s Frozen Gourmet Cookie Dough is now available at select H-E-B stores in the state of Texas, as well as via nationwide shipping through its website.

The frozen cookie dough has no mess or thawing required, and the pre-portioned dough balls come ready to pop in the oven. They’re made with real butter, real eggs and no added preservatives.

Resealable bags give customers the option of choosing how many cookies they want to bake and saving the rest for later. The frozen cookie dough is available in six flavors, including traditional and gluten-free chocolate chip, triple chocolate and snickerdoodle.

Founded by Ashley Cameron, Love & Cookies is a gourmet cookie shop located in Lakeway, Texas. Cameron started Love & Cookies after her oldest son was diagnosed at five years old with Kawasaki Disease, the leading cause of acquired heart disease in children. After her son’s diagnosis, they started baking cookies together and giving them away to neighbors and friends. She received so much positive feedback about her homemade cookies that she opened her gourmet cookie company in 2021.

Six months after opening Love & Cookies, Cameron won first place at H-E-B’s 2022 Quest for Texas Best competition with her Frozen Gourmet Cookie Dough.
