To find the top spots to indulge across the country, USA Today had a panel of experts make their selections for the best places to go for desserts and treats across five categories. To decide the winner of each category, readers voted for their favorites over a period of four weeks – and the results are in.
One of the most notable categories is Top Dessert/Treat Chain. USA Today readers voted on the top ten in the category, with several big baking industry names making the list.
The winner in the category was Crumbl Cookies. The first Crumbl store debuted in Logan, Utah in 2017, and since then, the bakery has grown to provide gourmet cookies in 47 states.
