Starbucks is introducing three new Starbucks Reserve Signature Experiences – “Art of the Espresso Martini,” “Oleato Tasting Experience” and “Coffee Lab: A Journey of the Senses” – at its Starbucks Reserve Roasteries in Chicago, Seattle and New York to give visitors the opportunity to explore the craft, theater and innovation of Starbucks Reserve coffee.
During the 30-60 minute small-group classes, Starbucks baristas and mixologists will guide participants through the latest innovations in coffee brewing as well as mixology skills and tastings. Customers can purchase a ticket for a Signature Experience online.
The new Starbucks Reserve Signature Experiences include:
Art of the Espresso Martini
Participants will learn to craft the signature Starbucks Reserve Espresso Martini alongside Starbucks expert mixologists and enjoy their own globally-inspired espresso martini flight, paired with Princi bites. Limited tickets are available daily at select times for this 60-minute experience. Cost: $95/person. Limited to customers 21 and above.
Oleato Tasting Experience
This class is led by a Starbucks barista who guides participants through a multi-sensory experience that showcases the alchemy of aroma, flavor and texture unique to Oleato beverages. Coffee Lab: A Journey of the Senses
Starbucks baristas will teach participants how to taste and identify the layered flavors and aromas of two single-origin Starbucks Reserve coffees in a side-by-side tasting using the iconic Chemex brewer, followed by an interactive multisensory activity where they will build an “aroma lab” of edible ingredients. Limited tickets are available daily at select times for this 30-minute experience. Cost: $45/person.
