Lady M Confections has introduced its latest dessert, the Mango Shortcake ($93), exclusively available in boutiques since its debut last month. 

This treat includes layers of delicate vanilla sponge cake, silky mango cream, and the addition of freshly diced mangoes. It’s complemented with honey and Sauternes dessert wine-infused whipped cream and dots of vibrant mango purée.

Another summer treat recently launched was the Lemon Yuzu Tart ($90), available in New York and Los Angeles boutiques for a limited time. The dessert is creamy and tangy with a hint of subtle sweetness. Velvety lemon custard infused with fresh lemon zest delicately sits atop a layer of almond cream and a buttery tart crust.
