On Wednesday, October 11 from 7:00 to 8:30 pm EST, Bread Bakers Guild of America (BBGA) members will get a special taste of chocolate with an all-levels Zoom course titled Chocolate 101.
Chocolatiers Donald Wressell and Josh Johnson will lead a guided online tour of the world of chocolate, taking attendees through a comprehensive tasting and cover best practices in working with this ingredient.
Wressell and Johnson, both of Guittard Chocolate Company, have extensive experience working with chocolate. They bring craft and artistry to the development of new recipes and ideas.
In preparation for the course, Guittard is shipping a chocolate tasting kit to sample during the virtual session. Registration for the event is already closed.
