National Hot Cocoa Day is Wednesday, December 13, and Insomnia Cookies is making the holiday even sweeter this year with a new, limited-edition Hot Cocoa Ice Cream that puts a frozen twist on your favorite cup of holiday cheer.

Hot Cocoa Ice Cream features double chocolate chunk cookies in chocolate marshmallow ice cream with chocolate-coated marshmallows and a marshmallow swirl.

Through the end of the year, the bakery chain is also offering a lineup of holiday treats inspired by gingerbread that goes all in on the festive flavor. The Jinglebread collection includes everything from Classic and Mini Jinglebread cookies and blondies to dunkable Big and Lil’ Dippers ready to mingle with cream cheese icing.
