Dominique Ansel Las Vegas inside Caesars Palace has announced its brand-new collection, “Bake the World a Better Place.” Available now, these flavors draw inspiration from iconic desserts.
The collection features:
- Chocolate-Covered Strawberry – Made with strawberry Chambord mousse, strawberry gelée, rose genoise cake, dark chocolate and sesame seeds
- Cinnamon Roll – Made with light-as-air cinnamon chiffon cake, Honeycrisp apple compote and mascarpone mousse
- Key Lime Pie – Made with key lime curd, coconut dacquoise, toasted graham cracker whipped ganache, meringue, candied lime and lime zest
- Chocolate Raspberry Soufflé – Made with Valrhona Caraïbe dark chocolate mousse, raspberry gelée, flourless chocolate biscuit and raspberry hibiscus jam (gluten-free)
- Lemon Madeleine – Made with Earl Grey madeleine cake, lemon curd and brown sugar whipped ganache
- Blueberry Muffin – Made with blueberry mousse, blueberry gelée, citrus almond financier cake, fresh blueberries and almond crumble
- Liège Waffle – Made with brown butter hazelnut almond dacquoise, caramelized pecan mousse and maple orange gelée with a hint of Bourbon (gluten-free)
In October of 2022, Dominique Ansel opened his highly-anticipated bakery inside of Las Vegas’ Caesars Palace. The James Beard Award-winning pastry chef creates signature pastries exclusively for Caesars Palace, including a Cronut flavor that changes each month and never repeats. This month, the Cronut flavor is Vanilla Flan Cream with Milk Chocolate Ganache.
