Hudson, New York-based Nine Cakes bakery has announced the launch of a line of jams this spring, set to debut on March 15.

Nine Cakes Jams come as a set of six ($65), or are sold individually ($12) in seven-ounce jars. The jams also come in a mini size (two-ounce jars), only sold as a set, for $32.

The six flavors include Blueberry Lavender, Lemon Curd, Triple Citrus Marmalade, Plum Rosemary, Cardamom Cherry and Apricot Honey. They can be purchased in the Hudson shop or online through Nine Cakes’ website.

“These new jams are a perfect compliment to our cake flavors because, at Nine Cakes, we’re all about those classic tastes with a little something extra. The delightful blend of cardamom, honey and rosemary, dancing with fruits—it’s just delicious,” says Betsy Thorleifson, owner and head baker, Nine Cakes. “When I set out to create these jams, my goal was simple: to capture the essence of summer in a jar, so you can enjoy those sunny vibes all year long.
