On Tuesday, March 12, Insomnia Cookies launched its Saint Patrick’s Day collection for the holiday, featuring the Irish Potato Classic cookie and the Pot O’ Gold Dipper. Additionally, to celebrate Saint Patrick’s Day weekend, customers who wear green and make an in-store purchase from March 15-17 will receive one free Classic cookie.
The St. Patrick’s Day Collection, available in-store and for local delivery until March 25 or until supplies last, includes:
- Irish Potato Classic – Classic Snickerdoodle dough filled with coconut flakes and cream cheese chips, inspired by the traditional Philadelphia Irish Potato candy
- Pot ‘O Gold Lil’ Dipper – Twelve Mini Classic cookies paired with buttercream or cream cheese icing, sprinkled with edible gold dust for a festive St. Paddy’s day flare
- Pot ‘O Gold Big Dipper – Four of your favorite Classic cookies paired with buttercream or cream cheese icing, sprinkled with edible gold dust for a festive St. Paddy’s day flare
Also in March, the late night bakery chain is helping customers celebrate the release of the new film Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire on Friday, March 22. Available now until March 31 or until supplies last, the collection includes:
- Slime Puft Cookies ‘N Cream Classic – A Slimer-inspired, green Cookies 'N Cream classic cookie with marshmallows reminiscent of the mischievous mini-pufts
- Frozen Empire Big Dipper – A frosted take on the classic Big Dipper. Four Classic cookies paired with a scoop of ice cream and choice of topping for dipping
- Comes in a limited edition Ghostbusters box sleeve
