Following Easter on Sunday, March 31, Sprinkles is planning special spring cupcakes for the month of April.
Starting Monday, April 1, the chain will introduce the Berries & Cream. This seasonal dessert features a pie crust-lined, blueberry-studded vanilla cake cored and filled with blueberry pie filling, then frosted with vanilla buttercream and finished with lilac sugar crystals. It’s available until Sunday, April 14.
The popular Matcha Yuzu flavor will return a week later on Monday, April 8. This delicate matcha cake is filled with a marshmallow cream core and frosted with a yuzu citrus buttercream. It’s available until Sunday, April 14 as well.
In preparation for Cinco de Mayo, Sprinkles will offer a PATRÓN Margarita cupcake. This key lime cake comes with a Patrón tequila-infused margarita frosting, finished with a pink himalayan salt rim. It’s available from Monday, April 22 through Sunday, May 5.
The April Mini Sampler is available from April 1-28. This mini cupcake sampler includes one banana, one red velvet and one carrot cupcake.
