Following the success of its kick-off flavor (Red Velvet Cupcake), St. Louis, Missouri-based microcreamery Clementine’s is launching a full series of “Hidden Dessert” options. 

The latest in the series is Browned Butter Brownie. Available online now through June, this mixture of browned butter with dark brownie ice cream is made by infusing house-made browned butter, decadent dark chocolate brownie batter and fudgy chocolate brownies for a combo of sweet, nutty, savory and toffee-like flavors.

Clementine’s first-to-market “Hidden Dessert” collection will include more flavors later this year like Key Lime Pie (a nod to the fan-favorite fruit-based dessert) and Cheddar Cheese Ball (savory dessert with light and airy cheese incorporated).

In late November 2023, Clementine’s officially launched Red Velvet Cupcake for national shipping. The flavor could be purchased within a 4-pint mix-and-match pack nationwide. The pint was also available in person at Clementine’s eight Missouri and Illinois-based scoop shops.
