Since 2014, Stan’s Donuts & Coffee has been known throughout the Chicagoland area for its limited time offering donuts. On a bi-weekly basis, the chain welcomes back a fan favorite or introduces a new flavor to customers.
On April 3, Stan’s unveiled its first-ever in-house baked pastry. The Cruffin combines a freshly baked croissant with caramelized, buttery, flaky layers, filled with vanilla pastry cream and dusted with cinnamon sugar.
Chief Doughboy and Stan’s founder Rich Labriola was inspired to craft a new croissant variety to provide customers with a more immersive experience. He wanted to fill the air with the irresistible aroma of freshly baked pastries, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through the door.
The Stan’s Cruffin is available now at all 30 Stan’s locations throughout Chicagoland, including Mariano’s locations, at a price of $5.95 each.
