The Bake Fest returns for its fourth year of virtual classes, set over two days on May 18-19. The online event features 35 speakers and brands, 34 hours of recorded content and an over $2,500 value for $150.
Now taking place twice per year, The Bake Fest offers education and inspiration for bakers of all levels, in the form of classes, business seminars, brand demos and networking time with fellow attendees.
One of the esteemed speakers this year is vegan baking blogger and cookbook author Britt Berlin, also known as @the_bananadiaries. On Sunday, May 19, Berlin will be teaching Zebra Cakes, a hands-on baking class sponsored by Nielsen-Massey Vanillas, the vanilla brand of chefs.
With Berlin as their guide, attendees will make a show-stopping (and vegan) Zebra Cake with rich chocolate and creamy vanilla swirled together in perfect harmony. Attendees will learn how Nielsen-Massey’s Mexican Vanilla Extract and Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Paste add extra depth of flavor to this sweet treat.
Zebra Cakes will air virtually on Sunday, May 19 at 9 am CST. Those who can’t make it live will get recordings of all 20+ Bake Fest classes to watch on their own time.
Tickets for the event can be purchase at The Bake Fest's website.
