New Yorkers can now experience their beloved bagels in an inventive new way, thanks to a new partnership.

The Museum of Ice Cream has announced that it is collaborating with iconic New York bagel shop Ess-A-Bagel on a sweet addition that marries breakfast and dessert. Starting Wednesday, June 5, guests can experience the ultimate NYC treat with the first-ever Ice-a-Bagel.

This mini pink bagel, stuffed with sweet Philadelphia cream cheese gelato and topped with everything bagel seasoning, is available only at the New York City Museum of Ice Cream location. To ensure each bite is a moment of pure bliss, all bagels are baked and delivered fresh daily from Ess-A-Bagel’s 32nd St. location. This collaboration is slated to continue through 2024, giving visitors plenty of opportunities to head into the Museum of Ice Cream to indulge in this unique treat.

This isn’t the first major New York City collaboration for Ess-A-Bagel. Last year, it teamed up with Magnolia Bakery to celebrate Banana Pudding Day. The limited-edition Magnolia Bakery Banana Pudding Cream Cheese, which was generously spread on a banana-colored bagel and rolled in Nilla wafers, was available nationally on Goldbelly and at Magnolia Bakery's 1st Avenue location from August 17 through September 15. 2023.
