This coming weekend, June 21-23, Chef Dominique Ansel is teaming up with Chef Andrew Carmellini and Lafayette exec pastry chef Scott Cioe for a Cronut X Suprême collaboration.

Together, they’ve created a set of the two iconic pastries, available at both Dominique Ansel Bakery in Soho andLafayette in Nolita for one weekend only, as a tribute to New York City and for the neighbors and guests who have supported both since day one.

Ansel created the Cronut back in May 2013 with its inaugural rose vanilla flavor, and in May 2022, Cioe debuted the Suprême at Lafayette with pistachio and chocolate flavors. As a throwback, they’re swapping original flavors for this limited-edition collaboration: the Cronut filled with Valrhona Caramelia (caramelized milk chocolate) ganache and pistachio ganache, the Suprême filled with vanilla crème diplomat and raspberry rose jam with raspberry glaze.

The set of two pastries (1 Caramelia Pistachio Cronut and 1 Raspberry Rose Vanilla Suprême) will be available while supplies last for $20.
