Panera Bread is embracing “Little Treat Culture” – a sweet trend started and highlighted on TikTok that leans into the fact that many like to reward themselves with something sweet after a task, no matter how big or small.

Starting Friday, June 28, guest can the enjoy the new menu that include the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel, Kitchen Sink Cookie and new CinnaTops, among other items. The bakery-café chain has taken also its iconic cinnamon roll to the next level with the introduction of CinnaTops. These over-the-top treats feature a cinnamon roll base topped with icing and a choice of an iconic Panera bakery item – with options including Candy Cookie, Choco Chipper Cookie or Fudgy Brownie.

CinnaTops are not the only new breakfast items Panera is offering this summer. The brand is also introducing CinnaScrambles, which combine classic breakfast sandwich ingredients with a warmed cinnamon roll for a unique sweet and savory experience. CinnaScrambles come in two varieties:

  • Sausage CinnaScramble – Featuring savory sausage, scrambled egg and melty American cheese, all nestled on a warm cinnamon roll and finished with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. This option can be customized with bacon
  • CinnaScramble – Featuring fluffy scrambled eggs and melty American cheese on a warm cinnamon roll, finished with a sprinkle of salt and pepper

New breakfast sandwiches on the menu include:

  • Bacon Double Take – This sandwich boasts double the bacon of a traditional Panera breakfast sandwich, along with two types of cheese for an extra layer of flavor
  • Steak & Wake – This limited time, premium offering features marinated, thin-sliced steak served on Panera's artisan Ciabatta bread
  • Ham Egg & Cheese
