The Museum of Ice Cream (MOIC) is hosting the ultimate ice cream social in honor of National Ice Cream Day, with special events in New York, Austin and Chicago taking place on Saturday, July 20 and Sunday, July 21.

As the largest ice cream shop in the US, Museum of Ice Cream is bringing an epic ice cream extravaganza to celebrate everyone’s favorite holiday. Visitors can enjoy free ice cream, play exciting games and feel inspired to connect through the universal language of ice cream. All activations are free for all and no tickets are required.

National Ice Cream Day with Museum of Ice Cream:

New York

Taking place at Public Square & Gardens at Hudson Yards (11th Avenue and Hudson Boulevard East) on July 20 from 11 am to 6 pm, and July 21 from 10 am to 6 pm. Dippin' Dots, the renowned flash-frozen ice cream brand, will partner with Museum of Ice Cream to give out Cotton Candy and Rainbow-flavored Dippin’ Dots at Hudson Yards while supplies last, while dually giving away a free mini cup across all Dippin' Dots locations nationwide on July 21.

Austin

Taking place at South Congress Merchant Association “Music Lane” (1011 S Congress Ave Bldg 1 Ste 120, Austin, TX 7870) on July 20-21 from 11 am to 6 pm. In partnership with Blue Bell Creameries, the homemade ice cream brand that originated in Texas, Museum of Ice Cream will give away vanilla and chocolate ice cream cups until supplies last. MOIC will also be teaming up with the South Congress Merchant Association for a summer giveaway, partnering with local merchants to offer discounts in celebration of NICD.

Chicago

Taking place at Pioneer Court on July 20 from 11 am to 6 pm, and July 21 from 10 am to 6 pm. Museum of Ice Cream is partnering with DOVE Ice Cream, a brand founded on the southside of Chicago in 1956, as it goes back to its roots to celebrate National Ice Cream Day at Pioneer Court. DOVE Ice Cream, a part of Mars, Inc., will share its original creamy chocolate ice cream bars until supplies last.
