With the summer heat in full swing, Panera Bread is turning up the flavor with the latest additions to its menu transformation. The bakery-café chain is introducing brand-new items including the Spicy Fiesta Chicken Sandwich, Kickin’ Grilled Cheese and Avocado Toast, in addition to the return of its beloved Blueberry and Sesame Bagels and a special bagel hack.
Panera’s menu is sizzling with the launch of its new Spicy Sandwiches:
- Spicy Fiesta Chicken Sandwich – Grilled chicken and creamy salsa verde spread with melty aged white cheddar, zesty sweet peppers, roasted corn and cilantro on Panera’s Ciabatta ($11.59)
- Kickin’ Grilled Cheese – American cheese and aged white cheddar grilled with creamy salsa verde spread on Panera’s thick-sliced Classic White Miche ($7.49)
The New Era at Panera also brings a new line of Avocado Toasts:
- Classic Avo – Chunky avocado spread and everything bagel seasoning on thin-sliced Country Rustic Sourdough ($3.49)
- Garden Avo – Chunky avocado spread, sliced tomatoes, everything bagel seasoning and garlic aioli on thin-sliced Country Rustic Sourdough ($4.49)
Panera is also bringing back Sesame and Blueberry bagels to menus starting this week. In celebration of the bagels’ return, the chain is sharing a “Bagels are Back Sandwich Hack” where consumers can receive a full bagel at half the sandwich cost. With this special hack, they can order any whole-sized sandwich and customize the bread to the bagel of their choice.
