Available nationwide starting on National Cheesecake Day, July 30, this innovative dessert reimagines the classic New York cheesecake with a playful twist. Carnegie Deli's signature cheesecake is transformed with the flavors of childhood party nostalgia: vanilla, butter and sugar, with a crumbly cookie crust and a rainbow of sprinkles.

The 8-inch (serves 10-12) cheesecake weighs 4.75 pounds and costs $79.99.
