Chewco, a mochi baking ingredients specialist, has announced a collaboration with renowned West Coast Asian pastry franchise JJ Bakery to introduce four unique baked treats that will be available at JJ Bakery starting Sunday, August 11.
The new products include:
- Chocolate Mojo – A mini mochi bun crafted with Chewco’s MOJO premix, offering a rich chocolate flavor paired with a chewy mochi texture
- Marshmallow Mochi – A cream Daifuku featuring a mochi skin with a soft, marshmallow-like texture, made possible by Chewco’s innovative Cloud Mochi premix
- Coconut Mochi Bite – A snack made with Chewco’s Dessert Bite Mix, filled with mango and mochi, and sprinkled with coconut flakes
- Mango Mochi Cake – A mango cake that resembles the real fruit, filled with mochi made using Chewco’s Instant Mochi Mix
Chewco also recently collaborated with Mister Monut, a mochi donut store located near Boston, Massachusetts. Together, they introduced a limited-edition line of Mochi Cookies made with Chewco’s innovative ready-made mochi dough, Baker’s Mochi.
The collection featured flavors including Original, Chocolate Chunks, Matcha Pistachio, Oatmeal Raisin, Strawberry Cheesecake, Coconut Paradise and Almond Delight.
