Celebrity chef Zac Young, the creator of the famous piecaken dessert, and his team have launched breakfast at Sprinkletown Donuts & Ice Cream at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut.

Now open at 7 am EST seven days a week, the team is serving Starbucks drinks including espresso, coffee, Teavana® Handcrafted Teas and Starbucks® Refreshers®. For a sweet breakfast, Sprinkletown Donuts & Ice Cream is offering a High Roller Happy Hour from 7 am to 12 pm where guest can enjoy the High Roller Donuts for $5 each or $25 for half a dozen, including:

  • CHOC-A-LOT – Dark chocolate ganache, milk chocolate pearls, marbled chocolate shavings
  • STUFFED S’MORES – Toasted marshmallow filling, dark chocolate glaze, graham crackers
  • STRAWBERRIES, WILD – Strawberry-lime glaze, strawberry curls, freeze-dried strawberries
  • COFFEE TOFFEE COCONUT – Coffee glaze, toffee & toasted coconut
  • BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE – Blueberry cheesecake glaze, cheesecake bites, blueberry filling
  • FRIEDCAKEN – Pumpkin spiced cinnamon roll, apple pie filling, candied pecans

Open since April, Sprinkletown Donuts & Ice Cream is a new concept by Chef Young serving up customizable donuts and ice cream sundaes with a “choose your own adventure” menu, in which guests create their own treats with a variety of fun and flavorful ingredients or enjoy an original signature Sprinkletown creation.
