James Beard-nominated pastry chef Nathaniel Reid, the chef/owner of Nathaniel Reid Bakery in St. Louis, has been appointed as the vice president of the Coupe du Monde Team USA executive board. This prestigious role places Chef Reid in a leadership position as the team prepares for the 2027 Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie (World Pastry Cup) in Lyon, France.
Chef Reid, who has been recognized as US Pastry Chef of the Year, is renowned for his skill, innovation and artistry displayed at his bakery, which has become a beloved destination for pastry enthusiasts. In his new role, Chef Reid will collaborate with some of the industry’s most esteemed professionals, including world champions and top pastry chefs, to guide Team USA towards excellence on the global stage.
