Chicago-based Stan’s Donuts & Coffee has announced a special collaboration with the legendary Chicago confectioner Affy Tapple. This partnership brings together the most iconic products of both brands—donuts, caramel apples and peanuts—resulting in a one-of-a-kind treat.

The new Affy Tapple Donut has been a passion project for Stan’s founder and chief doughboy Rich Labriola since 2020. Inspired by the nostalgia and flavors of the fall season, Labriola has worked diligently to bring this innovative treat to life, combining the sweetness of a caramel apple with the fluffy texture of a classic Stan’s donut, topped with crunchy peanuts.

The Affy Tapple Donut will debut in select Stan’s Donuts & Coffee locations across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs on Wednesday, October 2 and will be available through Tuesday, October 29.
