Pinkbox Doughnuts is welcoming the new season with a special doughnut of the month for October and the return of its popular Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Now until October 31, the Las Vegas-based doughnut chain will offer The Cookie Monster as its doughnut of the month. It features a glazed cinnamon sugar shell, filled and topped with Biscoff cookie butter whip, drizzled with cookie butter and a cookie on top.

Additionally, through November 30, Pinkbox Doughnuts is bringing back its Pumpkin Spice Latte, featuring rich espresso, creamy milk and a drizzle of caramel. It's available iced or hot.
