It was an especially challenging year for first responders. To show gratitude for their hard work and sacrifice, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts will provide a special offer for these individuals on First Responders Day (Monday, October 28).

That day, all first responders will receive a free small coffee, hot or iced, and free doughnut of their choice in-shop or at drive thru, no purchase necessary. The offer is limited to one per guest, and doughnuts in the Krispy Kreme x Ghostbusters Collection are not part of the offer.

In celebration of Halloween and the 40^th anniversary of Columbia Pictures’ 1984 film Ghostbusters, the chain has introduced a special collection of doughnuts. Coming in a limited-edition custom Ghostbusters specialty box, it includes the following doughnuts:

• Ghostbusters Cookies N’ Creme Doughnut made with OREO – An Original Glazed doughnut dipped in chocolate icing, topped with OREO pieces, a dollop of buttercreme with OREO and a No Ghost logo candy
• Slimer Doughnut – An unglazed doughnut filled with lemon flavored green filling, dipped in purple and green icing with a Slimer candy
• Ecto-Sprinkled Doughnut – An Original Glazed doughnut dipped in orange colored icing and sprinkled with neon sprinkles
• Stay Puft Marshmallow Man Doughnut Pull-Apart – Original Glazed Doughnut Dots with powdered topping, topped with marshmallow flavored buttercreme and a Stay Puft Marshmallow Man candy

To make Halloween even sweeter, Krispy Kreme is offering guests who wear any Halloween costume to participating shops October 31 a free Original Glazed doughnut, no purchase necessary.
