Insomnia Cookies is celebrating most consumers’ favorite time of year with the launch of its holiday collection, full of festive flavors like Apple Pie and Jinglebread Cheesecake. To make this season even sweeter, the late-night bakery chain is treating cookie lovers to ‘ThankFULL Thursdays,’ where rewards members will receive deals all month long.
The limited-edition Festive & Filled Collection includes the following sweet treats, available at bakeries nationwide in-store and for local delivery now through Thanksgiving or while supplies last:
- Chocolate Salted Caramel Filled Classic – Rich double chocolate cookie filled with gooey salted caramel
- Apple Pie Filled Classic – A soft brown sugar cookie with a spiced apple pie filling center, topped with cinnamon

Insomnia is also embracing the season of giving by introducing its ‘ThankFULL Thursdays,’ where it is treating Insomnia Rewards members to a new deal each Thursday in November.
