This holiday season, the Bold Baking Network is launching a special episode of its Knead To Know podcast, a leading podcast for baking entertainment, that will feature some of the biggest stars in baking in support of ending childhood hunger.

Knead To Know: Bakers Unite for No Kid Hungry premieres Sunday, November 17, on major podcast platforms including Apple Podcasts and Spotify, with a special episode on YouTube, followed by a national television broadcast. Produced in partnership with No Kid Hungry, a national campaign to end childhood hunger in the US run by anti-hunger and poverty organization Share Our Strength, and distributed by the Bold Baking Network, Heritage Radio Network (HRN) and Leap Media Group LLC, this event brings viewers together in the fight against childhood hunger through the joy and connection of baking.

Hosted by Knead To Know creator and Bigger Bolder Baking founder chef Gemma Stafford, alongside co-host Ami Shukla, this special episode features celebrity bakers Joanne Chang, Zoë François, Dominique Ansel, Candace Nelson and Jessie Sheehan. Together, they share cherished holiday recipes and baking memories, inspiring viewers to support No Kid Hungry’s mission.

During the event, every $1 donated to No Kid Hungry can help connect a child with ten healthy meals.

“Baking has always been my love language, a way to bring people together, and there’s no better time than the holiday season to celebrate that,” says Gemma Stafford. “I’m thrilled to unite these incredible bakers in supporting No Kid Hungry. Together, we’ll celebrate the magic of baking as a way to nourish our loved ones, while also making a meaningful impact to ensure no child goes hungry.”

“We’ve worked with Gemma, Joanne, and the baking community for years,” says Debbie Shore, Co-founder of Share Our Strength, the organization behind the No Kid Hungry campaign. “Baking brings joy and connection, and through this partnership, they help to connect children to the food they need to thrive.”

The episode also features the latest holiday baking trends along with the “Bold Baking Hotline,” where viewers’ most essential baking questions are answered. Highlighting the power of food to unite people and the importance of giving back, the show encourages viewers to support No Kid Hungry by donating online.
