With the holiday season upon us, The Chefs of the Mills – General Mills Foodservice’s team of dedicated chefs equipped to help foodservice operations thrive – has introduced The Menu Solutions Holiday Collection, featuring everything from festive bites to indulgent treats and new ideas for spiced cinnamon rolls, sweet and savory croissants and more.

The Menu Solutions Holiday Collection, free to download, features twelve new holiday recipes such as a Ginger Snap Yogurt Mousse Parfait, Cardamom Buns and Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Stuffers.

Each recipe, developed with foodservice professionals in mind, includes a “prep scale icon” to help commercial kitchens quickly assess the labor and time necessary for a specific dish. There are also “chef’s tips” for each recipe that offer ideas for garnishing, substitutions, serving suggestions and more.

This is the latest in The Chef of the Mills’ series of Menu Solutions recipe collections. Three additional recipe collections (brunch, handhelds and desserts) are available online.
