Premium commercial food equipment manufacturer Hobart has announced the availability of two new Centerline™ by Hobart combination food processors.

The CCH32 and CCH34 combination food processors offer a 3.2-quart capacity in a stainless- steel bowl for chopping, mincing, mixing and emulsifying. The CCH32 has two speed settings, while the CCH34 features four speed settings and can also dice fruits and vegetables. Both food processors feature a 1.34 HP motor and a pulse function for precise operator control.

The CCH32 and the CCH34 include SureSense™ speed control, which identifies which processor head is installed and adjusts the speed for quality results. When fitted with the chute head for continuous feed processing of soft produce, like tomatoes, kiwi or bananas, both machines operate at 500 RPMs. With the bowl in place, the machines operate at 1,450 RPMs for processing ingredients like salsa. The CCH34 can also process harder produce such as carrots and potatoes at 800 RPM with the chute processor head and emulsify salad dressings and sauces at 2,650 RPM using the bowl style head.

There are more than 30 cutting tools available that are the same as used on the Hobart® FP100 continuous-feed food processor. The CCH32 and CCH34 combination food processors both come standard with 5/32” slicing and shredder plates. The CCH34 also comes standard with a 3/8” slicing plate and 3/8” dicing grid.

Both food processors have a patented integral multi-function wiper system that guides product into the cutting tools faster and improves viewing of contents by cleaning the underside of the cover. A BPA-free Tritan™ lid with bowl gasket adds to operator visibility by providing a clear view inside the bowl. It also prevents contents from escaping for more complete processing and extends the life of the lid compared to other materials like polypropylene.

The CCH32 and CCH34 feature a double interlock switch to support operator assurance, preventing the machines from operating when the pusher plate is open, swings away or if the operator removes the feed cylinder.

The food processors are also easy to clean and sanitize, as all removable parts are dishwasher safe.
