This February, General Mills Foodservice’s team of culinary experts, Chefs of the Mills, has identified some cutie-pie recipes that are perfect for Valentine’s Day and beyond. As part of its monthly menu trends watch, the company points to elevated sweet treats as something that will be popular with customers.
“Exceed guest expectations by incorporating fresh ingredients into these simply elevated desserts. These recipes are designed for buffets and hotel clubs or lounges as smaller plates for guests to enjoy,” General Mills Foodservice says on its Culinary Insights page.
