Gluten Free Gloriously, a certified gluten-free bakery in Stirling, New Jersey is taking a special notice of a special day, as it recognizes the incredible contributions of its female employees on International Women’s Day (IWD).

IWD is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity.

At Gluten Free Gloriously, the day is very special. "Celebrating International Women's Day is very important for us, as it recognizes not only the foundations of my life, but of all our lives," says Nick Nikolopoulous, owner. "It is important to celebrate the contributions these women have made to our bakery, their leadership and the creativity they have brought to our products.

"We believe Gluten Free Gloriously is a better company because of them." 

The female employees at Gluten Free Gloriously have a vision for making the bakery a top destination for gluten-free desserts, and they work hard to achieve that vision.

"Your passions and dreams are amazing, but they will not be handed to you. You must be able to sweat, cry and get back up to achieve your goals,” says Shaylyn Gallagan, one of the bakers at Gluten Free Gloriously.

The bakery is also bringing in customers for the observance, who receive a ten percent discount for celebrating International Women’s Day.
