Many decorators wish they could take a vacation, but there just isn't enough time to take away from the craft. This is where the CakeCruise steps in. For the past four years, the CakeCruise has traveled to exotic destinations while offering hands-on classes with some of the most noted names in the industry, including Colette Peters, James Roselle, Norman Davis and Zane Beg.
For this year's cruise to Bermuda Oct. 2-9, CakeCruise is launching the first "spotlight" cruise, that features a single sugar artist or team to provide a more focused experience with the chosen presenter. The fist CakeCruise Spotlight will feature The Sweet Life's Norman Davis and Zane Beg. The duo will not only be hosting classes and discussion sessions, but they'll also be the hosts of the cruise.
Although cake artists are sure to get a wealth of tips and information from Davis and Beg, they'll also have the luxury of enjoying a cruise vacation and taking in all the sights of Bermuda.
The schedule (subject to change) for the cruise is as follows:
Sunday, Oct. 2 Leave New York; at sea with Norman and Zane
Monday, Oct. 3 Hands-on classes
Tuesday, Oct. 4 St. George, Bermuda
Wednesday, Oct. 5 St. George, Bermuda
