On Saturday, June 10, the achievements of the best of the best in the dessert world will be recognized at the first American-hosted, international awards show of its kind. 

The 1^st annual Golden Tier Awards, presented by American Cake Decorating magazine and New York Cake Show founder Lisa Mansour, will take place at the iPic Theater in New York City. The event will bring together pastry chefs, cake and sugar artists, dessert professionals, authors and writers, chocolatiers, instructors, and retailers to celebrate the best of the industry.

Master cake artist decorator Ron Ben-Israel, royal icing master Eddie Spence, Culinary Institute of America School of Baking and Pastry Arts Dean Thomas Vaccoro, and Cake Wars judge Sherry Yard are among 17 judges at the event.

The Golden Tier Awards will serve as the grand finale to the New York Cake Show. Winners of Golden Tier Awards will be recognized for their outstanding work and be given a platform unlike any other.
