On June 22, Great American Cookies is celebrating its 40^th birthday by giving the first 40 customers at each of its participating locations a free cookie cake.

Great American Cookies was established in 1977 in Atlanta, Georgia and quickly gained a reputation with its generations-old family recipe. Today, it offers baked cookies, brownies, and cookie cakes at locations throughout the United States as well as internationally in Bahrain, Guam, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

In addition to the free cookie cakes for the first 40 customers, Great American Cookies will also offer 40 cent regular cookies throughout the entire day.
