On Thursday, June 22, American Almond along with the Barry Callebaut Group will welcome customers and the community to the grand opening of a new production facility in Pennsauken, New Jersey.
The new facility will offer key customers, such as professional and home bakers, chocolatiers, pastry chefs, and more, a wide assortment of nuts, nut pastes, natural nut butters, crunch toppings, nut flours, bake-stable fillings, marzipan, and cookie mixes. The primary products produced in Pennsauken are almonds, macaroons, nut flours and kernel paste.
This 58,140 square foot location will also bring 36 food manufacturing jobs to Pennsauken. Additionally, it will offer new opportunities for growth to both Barry Callebaut and its customers with advanced, cutting edge equipment and processes.
