The 2017 Minnesota State Fair takes place August 24 through September 4 (Labor Day). Each year, the fair features a wide selection of delicious delights for fair-goers, and this year is no different.

Among the 31 new foods set to debut at this year’s event, bacon and cookie dough products take the spotlight. One of the most noteworthy selections is the Bacon Fluffernutter from The Sandwich Shop. This unique item is a grilled cinnamon bun sandwich with a bacon, peanut butter, and marshmallow cream filling.
