The donut shop will be a late night location that stays open to 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights to satisfy the late night crowd, but the most noteworthy thing about Urban Donut is its DIY approach to donut-making.

Customers will be able to design their own donuts from scratch, starting with the shape (yeast ring, long john, bismarck, or chocolate, vanilla, red velvet or blueberry cake donut) and then moving on to fillings, frosting , icings, and toppings.

• Fillings include:  Bavarian creme, raspberry, lemon, cream cheese, peanut butter.
• Frostings include: Cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla, chocolate, salted caramel, strawberry.
• Icings include: Chocolate, vanilla, caramel.

The numerous options for topping each donut include fruits, cookies, candy, and even ice cream.

Urban Donut will also allow customers to design their own Urban Donut Milkshake or Lazy Sundae.
