Merritt’s Bakery in Tulsa, Oklahoma opened in 1979 as The Cake Box. Regardless of what its name has been, the bakery has continued to provide its community with cakes, pastries, and so much more. Its dedication to quality has allowed Merritt’s Bakery to consistently be voted Tulsa’s best bakery year after year.
Merritt’s Bakery is now celebrating 38 years in the Tulsa community. To celebrate its anniversary, the bakery and its three locations will be offering 38 cent treats to customers. Among the items that will be available for that special deal include mini muffins, glazed donuts, sprinkle thumbprints, sprinkle cupcakes, mini pastries, and fudge brownies, all while supplies last.
The anniversary sale will occur Friday, September 1 and Saturday, September 2 at all three locations. Aside from the original location in Tulsa, Merritt’s is also located in Broken Arrow and Jenks.
“The past 38 years have been a humbling experience and the bakery would like to say thank you to Tulsa with an anniversary sale,” Merritt’s said in a news release.
