Tiffany’s Bakery and Eatery in Columbia, South Carolina has dedicated itself to producing the highest quality baked goods since its inception in 1977. This year, the bakery is celebrating its 40th anniversary with specials and much more.
During the National Bakery Day celebration on Thursday, September 28, Tiffany’s will be playing off the number 40 with promotions. The bakery will be selling 40 cent items, and it will be offering special cookies in the shape of the number 40.
Additionally, Tiffany’s will have door prizes contributed by local businesses and will be giving away a $40 store gift certificate every hour at 40 minutes after.
According to the bakery, local government officials, television stations, newspapers, and magazines will all be in attendance to cover the event. Tiffany’s is adorning the bakery with pink and chocolate (the colors of National Bakery Day) balloons and other decorations to welcome visitors that day.
Tiffany’s Bakery and Eatery began in a 1,100 square-foot retail space in an enclosed mall in the 1970’s, and today is located in a 3,800 square-foot space. In 2018, the bakery is moving and building a 7,000 square-foot building to expand further with wine, beer, tapas, more desserts, and adult milkshakes.
