The Corner Bakery Cafe chain recently announced the seasonal return of popular Italian specialty items as part of its limited-time Italian Inspirations menu.
Those returning items influenced by the flavors of Italy include:
- Italian Classic Sandwich – A sandwich featuring Genoa salami, pepperoni, ham, pepperoncini peppers, Roma tomatoes, provolone cheese, and arugula drizzled with pesto vinaigrette on a freshly baked baguette.
- Rustic Italian Panini – The signature grilled panini includes layers of Genoa salami, pepperoni, ham, roasted tomatoes, pepperoncini peppers and provolone cheese with pesto vinaigrette, all grilled on sourdough bread.
- Italian Chef Salad – Genoa salami, pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, pepperoncini peppers, and Roma tomatoes atop romaine lettuce and served with a balsamic vinaigrette.

To promote the return of the Italian Inspirations menu, Corner Baker Cafe is offering guests a chance to win a seven day trip for two to Italy for those who register for the brand's new eClub program. The contest ends on Monday, November 6, and the winner will be announced on November 14, 2017.
