The new facility will help Elk Grove Village, Illinois-based Lawrence Foods support its growing customer base, says Marc Lawrence, the company’s president.
“It is our intention to continue our reinvestments in the business as a means of supporting the company’s continuing efforts to expand the value of our collaboration with our business partners,” he says.
Lawrence Foods is a full line manufacturer of bakery ingredients. The company makes fruit fillings and toppings, icings and glazes, confectionery ingredients such as fondant and rolled fondant, dips and spreads, and dry mixes.
