Tuesday, December 12 is National Gingerbread Day, and while many might not be familiar with this food holiday, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts has it marked on the calendar.
For that day only, Krispy Kreme will offer customers a special gingerbread glazed doughnut. It will be made with spiced gingerbread dough, with hints of cinnamon, and topped with a gingerbread molasses glaze.
“Gingerbread is a classic holiday flavor, and now there’s a delicious new way to enjoy it with the classic qualities of our original glazed doughnut,” says Jackie Woodward, chief marketing officer at Krispy Kreme.
