These International Training Centers were established by PreGel to be an educational resource for students of all skill levels in artisan frozen desserts and pastry. With its new facility, the company hopes to expand that knowledge base to another region of the country.
The Dallas facility measures approximately 11,000 square feet and features a training kitchen with four stations and top-of-the-line batch freezers, soft serve machines, refrigerators, display cases, and much more. There will also be a conference room with audio/visual equipment for lecture and corporate training, and a warehouse to store the company’s specialty dessert ingredients for better service to the Central Region.
