Bakery chain Milk Bar is always seeking new avenues in which to innovate. Its latest unique partnership hopes to satisfy the workout crowd with a healthier treat.
Starting Wednesday, January 17, Milk Bar will be selling protein-packed cookies at SoulCycle studios, as well as in its stores and online. Known as SoulFuel, these snacks feature almonds, macadamia nuts, coconut, turmeric, citrus, and quinoa. They also happen to be gluten-free and dairy-free.
The new products will not only benefit customers’ health, but will also benefit a good cause. A portion of the proceeds from the bites will go towards SoulScholarship, which brings fitness and the joy of movement to underserved youth.
Each cookie costs $5 (or a tin of 6 for $30) and can be enjoyed as a regular snack, a pre-workout energy boost, or a post-workout recovery. They promise to pack a serious health punch into a small treat.
