“The Best Week in Baking” took place just a little over a month ago, as The American Society of Baking’s annual BakingTech event was held February 25-27 in Chicago.

This year’s theme was “Sustainability — Success through People, Products and Productivity,” and it brought thousands of industry professionals from all over the country together to explore the latest issues and trends in baking.

The American Society of Baking recently posted a video that recaps the incredible three days in Chicago by showcasing some of the best images from BakingTech 2018. The video goes on to thank all those who attended or participated in the event, and finishes with the dates for next year’s BakingTech.
