Corner Bakery’s seasonal menu includes:
- Strawberry Lemon Pancakes – Four fluffy pancakes topped with fresh strawberries, zesty lemon curd, whipped cream, and vanilla maple syrup.
- Caprese Panini – Served on sourdough bread, this grilled sandwich is stuffed with fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, ripe Roma tomatoes, arugula, and balsamic vinaigrette.
- Pasta Primavera – Features cavatappi pasta, a roasted vegetable medley, bruschetta tomatoes, spinach, and roasted red peppers, all tossed in a light cream sauce.
- Berry Pecan Salad – This returning favorite is a mixed-green salad with all-natural chicken, fresh strawberries and blueberries, and blue cheese, all drizzled with strawberry vinaigrette dressing.
