The bagel chain has announced the return of several popular limited-time items. Among these are several pumpkin-flavored products: the Pumpkin Walnut Crunch Bagel, the Pumpkin Muffin, and the new Pumpkin Latte.
When customers purchase these products, they can gain rewards through Einstein Bros. Bagels’ Shmear Society Rewards program. Members can use the program to take advantage of special offers and deals, including a free egg sandwich with purchase for members on their birthday and two points for every $1 spent in-store.
Einstein Bros. Bagels promoted its Shmear Society Rewards program and mobile app recently in a unique way. On August 15, guests could redeem a free bagel and shmear with any purchase if they showed that they had downloaded any restaurant brand's mobile app. The promotion was meant to show that although its Shmear Society Rewards program and mobile app weren’t the first of their kind, the bagel chain has built a program that empowers guests to choose the rewards they want.
