1. Buy commercially-prepared cake donuts, or make your own.
2. Dip each donut in white truffle dipping mix.
3. Use cream cheese icing in a #872 large star tip to pipe dollops in the center of each donut.
4. Finish with royal icing roses nestled into each icing dollop.
